HAIR CARE GUIDE
You can co-wash the hair if you desire to. Every two weeks wash the hair with warm water with a sulfate-free shampoo to maintain a good texture. Rinse and condition your hair with cold water and a moisturizing conditioner. Allow conditioner to sit for at least 10-15 mins before rinsing.
We recommend letting your hair air dry.
To keep shedding at a minimum seal the wefts of your hair. Try to avoid splitting the wefts during a sew-in as much as possible as it can cause shedding.
Use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush and comb hair gently starting from the ends to the roots of the hair.
Coloring your Royal Extensions hair:
This hair is 100% virgin human hair that is not processed in any way. So you can color the hair. Keep in mind once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin, and therefore we recommend that you color or process your hair by a professional.
Royal Extensions #613 hair:
Anytime you bleach hair to #613 Platinum Blonde that hair will be fragile and easier to break off due to the hair bonds being broken. Platinum Blonde Hair will require daily hydrating of Argan Oil (a dime size) and wash it weekly with Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner.
Deep Wave & Curly Hair:
If you have wavy or curly textured hair extensions and plan to wear the hair wavy or curly you need to apply a curl defining/curl control cream while the hair is wet. Do not brush the hair while it is dry it will cause the hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle. Put cold water and leave-in conditioner in a water bottle and spray on the hair as needed to get your desired look. This way it will stop the hair from frizzing and lock in the wave or curl pattern in the hair. Please comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb starting from the ends to the roots. We don’t recommend using moose or excessive oil products on curly hair as it will cause matting.
This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it and it will last longer. Depending on maintenance, the hair will last up to two years.
