For our VIRGIN HAIR COLLECTION and our WIG COLLECTION after your order has completed our 4-8 business day processing time (excluding holidays and weekends), it will take an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be shipped/delivered. AFTER your processing time is completed a tracking number/confirmation number will be provided to you via email you used at checkout. Your items will then be shipped through USPS. Once your items are shipped we are NOT responsible for any delays , damaged or missing packages that were caused by USPS.

For our RAW HAIR COLLECTION please allow up to 10 business days for processing and an additional 1-2 days for shipping. AFTER your processing time is completed you will receive a confirmation/tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.

Due to COVID-19 keeping our customers safe will be our main priority. At this moment we will not be allowed to accept any returns or allow any exchanges. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after your order is completed. Please make sure your order is correct at checkout before completing your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
